Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BIM models for mechanical and electrical systems using Revit software.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient coordination of MEP systems.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM model.
- Generate detailed drawings and documentation from BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
- Continuously update and improve BIM models based on project changes and feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeller with expertise in Revit software.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in construction.
- Proficiency in clash detection and resolution within BIM models.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for BIM
- Experience with other BIM software and tools (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Certification in BIM or Revit software.
- Previous experience in large-scale construction projects.
- Relevant to data center experience is preferred
